Every AURA Amulet bracelet is hand-strung and cleansed with intention before it leaves our studio. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping costs, and what to do if something isn't right. Shipping
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.Every bracelet is hand-strung to order in small batches, so during busy periods — new moon launches, holidays — processing may take an extra day. We'll always let you know.
Delivery Times & Rates:
Estimated delivery in the United States is 6-15 working days, free shipping for the entire store

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local government. These are beyond our control.
Safe packaging
We use a thickened airplane box and a waterproof express bag for dual protection to ensure that the package is not affected by extrusion and moisture during transportation; environmentally friendly raffia is built in as a buffer, and the bracelet is placed in a pull-out jewelry box, which is both beautiful and effectively shock-absorbing. We are fully aware of the preciousness of every crystal, so we strive to ensure safety in every aspect from packaging to delivery. I hope you can feel this care and protection the moment you open the package.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:
- You may return unworn, undamaged bracelets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- To start a return, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and simple next steps.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged on arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service — once the bracelet leaves your hands, we can't be responsible for it until it arrives back with us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your bracelet arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and cover any related shipping costs. No hassle.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect the funds.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or stone combination? Email us. We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis and are happy to help find the right fit.
